Kevin E. Hulslander, Esq., Secures Defense Verdict for Cornell University.

Kevin represented Cornell University in a case where one of its outside arborists was injured by a tree that fell during a bad ice storm while he was attempting to remove another tree that had fallen across the road. After several hours of deliberation, the jury found Cornell was not negligent and not responsible for the gruesome injuries to the plaintiff’s mangled leg which he now wants amputated. The case involved several Cornell police officers and the little known doctrine of “inherent compulsion.”

Cornell is extremely appreciative of the terrific job you've done once again on behalf of the University.  Thank you!  We're glad you're on our side.
