Brady is a trial lawyer. His practice focuses on all areas of litigation including products liability, professional malpractice, premises liability, trucking and motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, intentional torts, contract disputes, and employment litigation.
Brady has already successfully tried numerous cases to verdict. He has obtained favorable verdicts in a variety of cases, including products liability, professional malpractice, premises liability, intentional tort, and the Labor Law. He was named to the Upstate New York Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list annually since 2014.
Brady coaches Syracuse Law’s National Appellate Team. The team competes annually in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition, and in 2018 won the Manhattan regional championship and advanced to the national semifinals, finishing in the top 4 out of more than 170 teams in the competition.
Before joining the firm in 2011, Brady graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University College of Law where he received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers award, which is awarded to the Best Overall Advocate in the College of Law’s graduating class. As a member of the National Appellate Team, Brady won the Northeast Regional Championship as well as Best Brief at the New York City Bar Association National Moot Court Competition. Brady also won both of the College of Law’s intra-school moot court competitions: the Lionel O. Grossman Trial Competition, and the Mackenzie Hughes Appellate Advocacy Competition, where his team received Best Brief and he received Best Final Round Advocate. In addition, Brady served on the Executive Board of the Moot Court Honor Society and was a member of the Justinian Honor Society. As a member of the Syracuse Journal of International Law & Commerce, his student note, “Graham v. Florida: and the Role of International Sources in the Supreme Court’s Eighth Amendment Jurisprudence”, was selected for publication in 2010.
