Jaclyn S. Wanemaker an Associate in the Buffalo office. She is an experienced litigator and appellate advocate.  A native of Buffalo, she attended college and law school at UB.  She has been practicing law in Western New York for over 15 years.  During her career, Jackie has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases, working with clients in cases involving catastrophic injuries and death.  She represents businesses, municipalities and individuals in motor vehicle accident, premises liability, products liability, Labor Law and medical malpractice cases.  She has also handled defamation and First Amendment matters, as well as environmental and toxic tort litigation.

Jackie works on cases from inception to verdict, including appeals.  Much of her career has been focused on civil motion practice and appellate advocacy.  She has successfully handled scores of motions and appeals and has trial experience in New York State Supreme Court, the Court of Claims and in Justice Courts.  Jackie is an active member of the Bar Association of Erie County and has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers multiple times.
