Marci Moschetti is an Associate in the White Plains office. She is a lifelong New Yorker who graduated magna cum laude from New York University and cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, part of Yeshiva University. While at Cardozo, she served on the Cardozo Law Review and was the recipient of the prestigious Alexander Fellow, enabling her to clerk for the Honorable Lawrence M. McKenna in the Southern District of New York. As a law clerk, Marci had the opportunity to research and write many decisions in numerous civil litigations. Marci began her legal career working for the Corporation Counsel of the City of New York and the New York State Attorney General’s Office before heading to private practice. Marci focuses her practice in the areas of automobile and premises liability, construction and labor law liability, products liability, and medical malpractice defense.
