Andrew is a 2024 graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, where he received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocate Award and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers.  At Syracuse, Andrew was the elected Director of the Trial Division of the Travis H.D. Lewin Advocacy Honor Society.  In addition to leading the Trial Division, Andrew also competed on the Syracuse College of Law National Trial Team, in prestigious competitions such as the National Civil Trial Competition and American Association for Justice Competition.  Andrew was the Treasurer of the Family Law Society and a dedicated member of both the Appellate and Alternate Dispute Resolution divisions of the Advocacy Honor Society.  Andrew coached the Undergraduate Mock Trial Team at Syracuse University from 2022 to 2024 and is currently an assistant coach of the Syracuse College of Law Trial Team.

Before joining Smith Sovik, Andrew interned with the Syracuse College of Law Criminal Defense Clinic and Madison County Assigned Counsel Program.

Andrew’s practice focuses on all areas of litigation including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, Labor Law and Construction site accidents, medical and professional malpractice and Workers’ Compensation Defense.
