We just wanted to let you know how happy we are with John’s representation of us during our arbitration hearing, and really, all the way through.  He did a great job, was very well prepared and highly effective.  It was fun to watch and impressive!  We realize the case is not over and there’s a ways to go, but however it comes out we will have no complaints about John and how he handled it.  Now, you just need to get him into your next commercial!
