Erin Thomas is an Associate in the Fishkill, New York office.  Erin graduated with her Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2024.  In law school, Erin was an active member of the Mock Trial team.  Erin also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in communication studies with a minor in counseling from The University of Toledo.

Smith Sovik is Erin’s first position after law school.  While in law school, Erin worked at two different firms where she assisted in social security disability work in Columbus, Ohio.  Erin also worked at the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office in the Juvenile Division where she assisted prosecutors in their handling of criminal cases from intake through trial.

At Smith Sovik, Erin’s practice focuses on all areas of litigation.
