Jackie has over twenty years of experience in handling all phases of civil litigation in both state and federal court from the initial phases of discovery to trial.  She is also an experienced appellate practitioner who has handled multiple successful appeals.  She represents individuals, businesses and municipalities defending all types of matters such as automobile and premises liability, trucking, dram shop, toxic tort, medical malpractice, products liability, and construction cases.  She is also a trained mediator and serves as an arbitrator to resolve cases pending in court without going to trial.

Jackie is a native Western New Yorker and a partner in the Buffalo office.  She has lived in Western New York for her entire life and went to college and law school at the University at Buffalo, graduating with honors.  She is a long-standing member of the Bar Association of Erie County and is honored to have been recognized by her peers as a Super Lawyer.
