Kinga Fenikowska is an Associate in Smith Sovik’s Long Island office. Prior to joining Smith Sovik, Kinga worked for a consumer protection law firm specializing in food, drug, and cosmetic law class actions.  Her prior experience also includes legal risk management of print and digital publications, with a focus on trademark, copyright, and media law, as well as a history in international and space law.

At Smith Sovik, Kinga will focus her practice on all areas of litigation.
