Sean is an Associate in the Buffalo office.  He graduated magna cum laude from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2025.  In law school, Sean competed in national trial advocacy and mediation events.  He continues to participate in the UB School of Law trial advocacy program as a coach.

Sean gained valuable experience defending claims against New York State as an intern in the Office of the Attorney General in 2023 before joining Smith Sovik as a 2024 Summer Associate in the Syracuse office.  During his final semester of law school, Sean served as a judicial extern for a judge in the New York State Supreme Court, 8th Judicial District.

At Smith Sovik, Sean’s practice encompasses all areas of litigation.
