Brandon King with a Nice Win but the other defs go down for $1m!

Brandon King obtained a defense verdict for an urgent care facility in Watertown NY after an eight day trial in Jefferson County.  The plaintiff alleged that the urgent care facility negligently administered an IV bag of toxic saline fluid to the plaintiff causing her to become seriously ill. The saline was manufactured by the co-defendant and sold by the other co-defendant distributor.  The plaintiff claimed that the bags were defectively manufactured without the proper warning labels and that the distributor sold and delivered the bags of toxic and bacteria infected saline to the urgent care facility.  After several hours of deliberation, the jury unanimously exonerated the urgent care facility finding that it was not negligent in the ordering or administration of the iv bag.  However, the jury rendered a verdict in favor of the plaintiff and against the other defendants for $1 million in past pain and suffering.

Brandon, You did an incredible job from the start on my case. The jury said it best .. "He nailed it !" If I ever have something to litigate, I'm calling you.
