Smith Sovik has been recognized as one of the “Best Places To Work” by the CNY Business Journal. This is the CNY Business Journal’s eleventh year awarding the “Best Place To Work” honor. The CNY Business Journal and RMS (Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc.) survey individual employees for anonymous input. The results of the surveys are reported back to RMS, which analyzes the data in order to determine where each employer ranks based on the feedback provided. Companies are grouped by number of employees (under 15, 15 – 50, 51 – 100, and 101+). Companies must have a certain percentage of employees not only respond and complete surveys, but respond positively, to be honored. This year, Smith Sovik is one of 19 companies qualifying as one of the “2023 Best Places to Work” for employers with 15 – 50 employees. An event will be held in September where the top ranking company in each group will be named.
