Brandon King successfully defended an OB/GYN at trial in Oneida County. Plaintiff alleged that the physician committed malpractice in performing a GYN laproscopic surgery for endometriosis which caused the plaintiff serious permanent personal injuries. Defendants denied the claims at trial and after 7 days the jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of the defendant doctor on the issue of negligence.
