Eric G. Johnson, Esq., successfully defended claim against defendant orthopedic surgeon and hospital for alleged negligence in failing to properly treat with open reduction and internal fixation a chainsaw injury to muscle and bone of the forearm, and in allegedly allowing the plaintiff to return to work too soon, resulting in a further and more significant injury to plaintiff. After a 5 day trial, the jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of the surgeon and hospital.
