Smith Sovik welcomes Alan Bedenko to the firm. Alan is a trial attorney who has been defending people, businesses, and municipalities in courts throughout New York State for the last 20 years. He also has successfully represented legal and nursing professionals in New York’s state and federal courts. He focuses his practice on the defense of automobile and trucking accidents, employment discrimination, the New York State Labor Law, lead paint and asbestos exposure, and premises liability. Before moving to the Buffalo area, Alan was a sole practitioner in Boston, Massachusetts with a busy criminal defense, personal injury and housing practice.
Alan is a partner in the Buffalo office. A native New Yorker, Alan and his family have lived in the western part of the state for many years. A graduate of the Pace University School of Law in White Plains, Alan is a longstanding member of the Erie County Bar Association and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library.
