Ted Smith Wins In Traumatic Brain Injury Case

Ted Smith won a unanimous Defense Verdict in a motor vehicle case where plaintiff alleged she suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury. Plaintiff’s alleged injuries included complaints of Post-Concussion Syndrome, Chronic Intractable Headache Syndrome and Traumatically-Induced Epilepsy. Prior to Trial, defendants conceded liability and instead argued plaintiff did not sustain a “serious injury” as defined by NYS Insurance Law. The unanimous Jury agreed after deliberating for less than one hour.

Trust is an absolute necessity when retaining defense counsel. From day one, I could trust Ted Smith to provide exceptional legal counseling.
