Joseph is a 2020 graduate of Syracuse University College of Law. Prior to his attending law school, he interned for the Oneida County District Attorney’s Office and served as a law clerk in a Syracuse-based practice specializing in Personal Injury & Immigration litigation.
During his tenure as a law student, Joseph garnered further practical experience through his participation in the College of Law’s Criminal Defense Clinic as a student Attorney, and by working as a clerk to the Honorable Erin P. Gall, Supreme Court, 5th Judicial District. He thereafter joined Smith Sovik as a summer associate and re-joined the firm upon graduation from law school.
At Smith Sovik, Joseph’s practice focuses on all areas of litigation including Labor Law and construction site accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and medical and professional malpractice.
