Since joining the firm in 2023, Kevin has represented people and businesses throughout New York State. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin held leadership positions in the Travis H.D. Lewin Advocacy Honor Society, the Student Bar Association, and the Journal for International Law and Commerce at Syracuse University College of Law. Kevin won and was named the Best Advocate of the 45th Annual Lionel O. Grossman Trial Competition. Kevin is inducted into the Order of Barristers Honor Society.
Prior to attending law school, Kevin worked for a Big-4 Public Accounting firm where he worked directly with publicly traded companies around the world on technology and risk practices.
At Smith Sovik, Kevin’s practice focuses on all areas of litigation including Labor Law and construction site accidents, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, and medical and professional malpractice.
