Kevin has been the managing partner of the firm since 2005. He focuses his practice on all types of civil litigation both plaintiff and defendant. He is an experienced trial lawyer having tried well over 100 cases to verdict all over New York State. He is a highly skilled mediator in heavy demand having mediated more than 150 civil disputes in the past five years and was recently named “Lawyer of the Year” for Mediation by Best Lawyers.
The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is a professional association whose membership consists of ADR professionals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution.
