Both Jim and Kevin have unique backgrounds making them particularly adept at valuing cases and bringing parties together to resolve difficult lawsuits and claims. Jim is ABA-trained in dispute resolution and Kevin is CLE-qualified to act as a New York court mediator and both are active as federal court mediators in the NDNY. Both focus on personal injury but Jim has specific experience in Labor Law and construction disputes and Kevin enjoys resolving complex commercial matters.
