Jim started with the firm as a law clerk in 1991.  He is now a partner who defends transportation, construction, professional negligence, nursing home and premises liability cases.  Jim has tried cases in both state and federal court with great success.  He has also argued many appeals at the Appellate Division, as well as the Second Circuit.  He has been named a top rated Personal Injury Attorney in the Upstate New York Super Lawyer list every year since 2009 and has been consistently listed to the Top 50 Lawyers list.

Jim acts as a mediator in all different types of civil disputes.  He is included on the federal court panel of mediators having trained to be a mediator with the American Arbitration Association.  He is also a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
